- Operate warez sites or distribute pirated software
- Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) systems
2.7 Privacy Violations
You may not:

Shared hosting accounts are subject to hourly and daily email sending limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of email services.
4.2 Mailing Lists
Commercial mailing lists must:
- Use confirmed opt-in (double opt-in recommended)
- Include clear unsubscribe mechanisms
- Honor unsubscribe requests within 48 hours
- Include valid physical mailing address
- Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations
4.3 Email Authentication
You must properly configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to prevent email spoofing and improve deliverability.
5. Security Requirements
5.1 Software Updates
You are responsible for:
- Keeping all scripts, applications, and CMS platforms updated
- Applying security patches promptly
- Removing unused or outdated software
5.2 Password Security
You must:
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Not share account credentials
- Enable two-factor authentication where available
- Change passwords if compromise is suspected
5.3 Backup Responsibility
While we may provide backup services, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data and content.

7. Resource Usage Guidelines

All shared hosting plans are subject to fair usage policies. Resource usage must be consistent with normal website operation and must not negatively impact other users.
7.2 CPU and Memory
Sustained high CPU or memory usage may result in throttling or suspension. Resource-intensive applications should be hosted on VPS or dedicated servers.
7.3 Bandwidth
While we offer unmetered bandwidth on many plans, abuse of this feature (such as file distribution, video streaming, or download sites) is prohibited.
7.4 Inodes
Shared hosting accounts are subject to inode limits. Excessive file creation may require upgrade to higher-tier services.
